Who we are
This website, fablefjormelodycrat.christmas, is operated by Fablefjor Melodycrat Media Ltd (company number 14839267), registered office 27 Holly Lane, Harrogate HG1 4QT, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data described here. Contact: [email protected].
What we collect
Messages you send us. Our ticket stub tool runs entirely in your browser; nothing you type is transmitted to us by the page. If you then email us, we receive your email address, name and whatever you include, and use it only to reply and, where you suggest a film, to consider it for the programme.
Technical logs. Our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, time) to keep the site secure and working. These are kept for no longer than 30 days.
Consent preferences. If a consent banner appears, your choice is stored on your device. See our Cookie Policy.
Legal bases
We process emails on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering correspondence, and server logs on the basis of our legitimate interest in security. Any optional cookies rely on your consent.
Sharing
We don't sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who host the site and our email, under contracts requiring them to protect it, or where the law requires.
Retention
Correspondence is kept for up to 24 months, then deleted unless an ongoing conversation needs it.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to processing, or ask us to restrict it. Write to the address above. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Children
The site is suitable for families, but we ask that under-13s have a parent or guardian send any messages on their behalf.
Changes
We may update this policy; the date at the top will change when we do.
